I am Charmie Chan Fernando born and raised in the Philippines. I am kind and approachable. People say I am a hardworking and responsible person. I always believe you can achieve anything through prayers and hard work. These traits have been ingrained in me since I was young, as my high school alma mater always says “ ora et labora” (means pray and work).
I got my degree in Bachelor of Science in physical therapy at St. Paul University, I am a licensed physical therapist in the Philippines with 8 years of experience in that field.
In 2013, I and my family moved here to Canada, I started studying chairside dental assistant level I at Everest College in that same year took Intra-oral Dental assistant level II at Medix College and passed the NDAEB exam in the year 2015.
I have more than 5 years of dental assisting experience and what I love the most with my job is that you got to meet new people and see them walk out of the office very satisfied with their smiles.
When I am not working, I spend my time cooking and taking care of my family.
